What type of wax do you use?

We use a clean-burning coconut–soy blend for a creamy finish and long-lasting scent throw.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All our candles and body products are made with vegan ingredients and never tested on animals.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼” before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges to prevent tunneling.

My candle arrived broken — what should I do?

Email us a photo at emberaromas@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Selectlocal pickupat checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup at Studio Three in Fernie.

Do you ship across Canada?

Absolutely. We carefully pack all orders and ship via Canada Post within 3–5 business days.

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Of course! Just add your gift note at checkout — we’ll include it with your order and leave out the receipt.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can’t accept returns once a candle has been burned. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
